Hi Mamas! I’m Amanda. I have four kids (8, 6, 4, and 2). I love Disney, art, and organizing. I first did FIT4MOM in Arizona in 2017 and fell in love with the workouts and the connections with other mamas. It was the village I didn’t know I needed in my life. I soon became playgroup captain as my home park. After a year I became an instructor and taught Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby. We moved to Cache Valley in 2019 and it was hard to leave behind my Fit4Mom family. I am so excited to have FIT4MOM in Cache Valley and we can grow the village here too. I’m passionate about finding your village in motherhood and I hope you find it here with us.
